In addition to our standard services, we provide our clients in the public sector with a number of additional services, including (but not limited to):

• Unoccupied property insurance: We provide guidance on unoccupied property insurance, a specialized policy which insures vacant spaces during the probate process. 
• Missing will search: This service incorporates tracing missing wills for our clients. Our experienced probate researchers have access to the necessary sources and databases to extract appropriate wills.
• Missing assets and accounts search: This service includes tracing of any assets and accounts of the deceased.
• Missing document search: We help trace any special documents in additional to the standard set of documents.
